Eclipse Networks, Inc. is expanding the portfolio to include providing public cloud services to Atlanta’s business community.
Atlanta, GA – January 1, 2019 — Eclipse Networks, Inc. an Atlanta provider of managed IT services, private cloud services, and data networking – announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Anchor IT, managed IT services provider for small to mid-sized businesses in the greater Cumming-Forsyth area.
Through this acquisition, Eclipse will expand its current portfolio of IT, Private Cloud Hosting, and Voice Over IP Systems, to include Public Cloud based Google Apps and Microsoft Azure Hosting services designed to better and more cost-effectively meet the day-to-day IT needs of small to midsize businesses (SMB).
Uniting the two companies will leverage the advanced core technologies of both companies to provide a complete and comprehensive portfolio of IT services and equipment to include managed IT services, cloud data center services, public and private cloud, VoIP systems, and structured cabling and computer repair.
