Through this acquisition, Eclipse will expand its current portfolio of IT & Private Cloud Hosting Services & VOIP Telephone Systems, to include Public Cloud based Google Apps & Microsoft Azure Hosting services designed to better and more cost-effectively meet the day-to-day IT needs of small to midsize businesses (SMBs).
Uniting the two companies will leverage the advanced core technologies of both companies to provide a complete and comprehensive portfolio of IT services and equipment to include managed IT services, cloud data center services, public and private cloud, cyber security, telephone systems, structured cabling and computer repair.
